How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the sliced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Layer half of the potatoes in a greased baking dish, then sprinkle half of the cheese on top.
Add the remaining potatoes and top with the rest of the cheese.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
Serve
When it’s done, let it cool for a few minutes before digging in. The crispy top gives way to soft, cheesy potatoes below, making it a perfect comforting dish to share with family or friends!
