How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix the melted butter and brown sugar until combined.
Spread the mixture in the bottom of a greased 9-inch round cake pan.
Arrange the peach slices on top of the butter and sugar mixture.
In another bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Add the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Pour the batter over the peaches in the pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
