Molten Berry Pudding Cake


How to Make It

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a baking dish and spread the mixed berries evenly on the bottom.

In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Pour in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, then stir until just combined.

Pour the batter over the berries in the baking dish.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean from the edges.

Serve

Let it cool for a few minutes, then scoop into bowls with the warm, gooey center oozing out. Perfect with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top!
