How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix melted butter with half the sugar.
Layer the peach slices in a greased baking dish.
Pour the butter and sugar mixture over the peaches.
In another bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla.
Whisk in eggs and milk until smooth, then pour over the peaches.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.
