How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken thighs with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, then place them skin-side down in the skillet.
Add the sliced bell peppers and onion around the chicken.
