2 cups cooked rice
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder

How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine cooked rice, broccoli, cheddar cheese, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir until well mixed and pour into a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with olive oil and sprinkle over the top.
