One- Pan Serowy Kurczak i ryż

Ever have one of those evenings where you just want comfort food but can’t deal with a million dishes? Same here!

Ingredients

1 lb chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces.

1 cup long-grain rice.

2 cups chicken broth.

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

1 onion, diced.

2 cloves garlic, minced.

1 teaspoon paprika.

Salt and pepper to taste.

1 tablespoon olive oil.

How to Make It

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large oven-safe pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant.

Add the chicken pieces and brown them for a few minutes.

Stir in the rice, chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.

After 15 minutes, remove from heat and sprinkle cheese on top.

Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.

Serve

Scoop it straight from the pan and enjoy this cheesy goodness!
