Sometimes you just want a dessert that feels fancy but is ridiculously easy to whip up. Enter the No-Bake Berry Yogurt Parfait! It’s a delightful mix of creamy yogurt, sweet berries, and a little crunch from granola.
I made this last night after I realized I had forgotten to buy ice cream. Instead, I just grabbed what I had in the fridge and pantry, and voilà! A perfect guilt-free treat was born.
Just be careful not to overfill your glasses like I did; it can get a bit messy when you’re digging in!
Ingredients
2 cups of your favorite yogurt.
1 cup of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries).
1 cup of granola.
1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional).
Mint leaves for garnish (optional).
How to Make It
In a glass or bowl, add a layer of yogurt at the bottom.
Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
Repeat the layering process until you reach the top of the glass.
Drizzle honey or maple syrup on the top layer if desired.
Garnish with mint leaves for a pop of color.
Serve
Enjoy it straight from the glass on a cozy evening, or serve it up for a quick brunch treat. It’s perfect for sharing, but you might just want to keep it all to yourself!
