This pasta bake is the ultimate weeknight comfort food!
Ingredients
8 oz pasta (any shape)
2 cups mixed veggies (like bell peppers, zucchini, and spinach)
1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
In a large baking dish, combine the cooked pasta, mixed veggies, marinara sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Mix it all together until well combined.
Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
