Ingredients
8 ounces of pasta (like penne or fusilli).
1 tablespoon olive oil.
2 cloves garlic, minced.
1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes.
1 cup heavy cream.
1 teaspoon dried basil.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Fresh basil for garnish.
How to Make It
In a large pan, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In the same pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
