This creamy garlic parmesan pasta bake is a perfect weeknight comfort food!
Ingredients
8 ounces of pasta (your choice)
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
In a large bowl, mix together the heavy cream, garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and stir until well coated.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle mozzarella cheese and Italian herbs on top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve
