How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a round 9-inch cake pan.
Arrange the sliced peaches in the bottom of the pan.
In a bowl, mix together the melted butter and sugar until combined.
Add the eggs and vanilla, then mix until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
Pour the batter over the peaches in the pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
