Cheesy Szpinak & Karczoch Piec makaronowy

After a long day, nothing beats a warm and cheesy pasta dish.

Ingredients

8 oz rotini pasta

1 cup cream cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup milk

How to Make It

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Add the cooked pasta, artichokes, spinach, and milk to the bowl and stir to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serve
