Ever had one of those days where you just want to throw everything into a pan and call it dinner? Yeah, me too. I was so tired last week after work that I almost forgot to add the cheese to my baked tortellini. I thought, ‘How bad could it be without it?’ Spoiler alert: it was a mistake I won’t make again!
Ingredients
1 package of tortellini (fresh or frozen)
2 cups of fresh spinach
1 jar of marinara sauce
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large baking dish, combine the tortellini, spinach, and marinara sauce.
Mix in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Top it all with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve
Serve hot from the oven, and enjoy the melty, cheesy goodness with a side salad or some garlic bread!
