Ingredients
8 oz pasta (any shape)
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
1 cup vegetable or chicken broth
1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
1 cup chopped spinach or kale
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large oven-safe pan, combine the pasta, broth, diced tomatoes, spinach, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
Stir everything until well mixed.
Cover with cheese on top.
