This creamy spinach pasta is a comforting weeknight meal that comes together in just one pan!
Ingredients
8 ounces of your favorite pasta.
2 cups fresh spinach.
1 cup heavy cream.
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
2 cloves garlic, minced.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Salt to taste.
Black pepper to taste.
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional).
How to Make It
Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pan.
Drain the pasta, reserving a cup of pasta water.
In the same pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic.
Once fragrant, add the spinach and cook until wilted.
Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
Add the pasta back into the pan and toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Serve
