This dish is a lifesaver for busy weeknights!
Ingredients
2 cups of uncooked rice.
4 chicken breasts, cut into pieces.
1 can of cream of chicken soup.
2 cups of chicken broth.
1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite).
1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables.
1 teaspoon garlic powder.
Salt and pepper to taste.
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large baking dish, combine rice, chicken pieces, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the frozen vegetables.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
