Ingredients
8 oz pasta of your choice.
2 cups fresh spinach.
1 can diced tomatoes.
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
1 cup ricotta cheese.
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
1 tsp garlic powder.
1 tsp Italian seasoning.
Salt and pepper to taste.
2 cups water or vegetable broth.
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large oven-safe pan, combine the pasta, spinach, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Pour in the water or broth and stir well.
Dot the mixture with ricotta cheese and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
Bake for 25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve
Scoop generous portions onto plates and enjoy straight from the pan!
