One- Pan Cheesy Broccoli Pasta

Nothing beats a cozy, cheesy pasta dish made in one pan!

Ingredients

8 oz pasta of your choice.

2 cups broccoli florets.

2 cups vegetable broth.

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella).

1 tablespoon olive oil.

1 teaspoon garlic powder.

Salt to taste.

Pepper to taste.

Grated parmesan for serving.

How to Make It

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add pasta and broccoli to the pan.

Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until pasta is cooked.

Stir in shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix until cheese is melted and well combined.

Serve

Top with grated parmesan and enjoy straight from the pan!
