Kremowy One- Pan Szpinak i Feta Pasta

It’s the perfect meal for those busy weeknights!

Ingredients

8 oz pasta of your choice.

2 cups fresh spinach.

1 cup crumbled feta cheese.

1 cup heavy cream.

2 tablespoons olive oil.

2 cloves garlic, minced.

Salt and pepper to taste.

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional).

How to Make It

Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot.

Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.

In the same pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.

Add in the heavy cream and feta, stirring to combine.

Mix in the cooked pasta, adding reserved pasta water as needed for creaminess.

Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.

Serve

Serve hot, straight from the pot, topped with extra feta if desired.
