Kremowy One- Pan Pomidor Basil Pasta

So, the other night, I was totally exhausted after a long day. You know that feeling—when you just want something comforting but don’t have the energy to whip up a gourmet meal? I was craving pasta, but I didn’t want to spend hours in the kitchen. I remembered a recipe I had seen that promised a quick and creamy tomato dish in just one pan. Perfect!

Ingredients

8 ounces of pasta (like penne or fusilli).

1 can (14 ounces) of diced tomatoes.

1 cup of vegetable broth.

1/2 cup of heavy cream.

1 cup of fresh basil, chopped.

1 teaspoon garlic powder.

Salt and pepper, to taste.

1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.

How to Make It

In a large pan, combine the pasta, diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, and garlic powder.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, until the pasta is tender.

Stir in the heavy cream and cook for another 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and mix in the fresh basil, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese.

Serve

Enjoy it straight from the pan, or plate it up for a cozy dinner. It’s creamy, comforting, and perfect for a weeknight meal!
