Kremowy makaron z czosnkiem

You know those nights when you just want something comforting but don’t have the energy to whip up a full meal? Yeah, I had one of those recently. I wanted pasta, but I totally blanked on buying a few key ingredients. I ended up with a box of spaghetti, some garlic, and a half-empty block of parmesan cheese in the fridge. So, I thought, why not make a creamy garlic parmesan pasta with what I had?

Ingredients

8 oz spaghetti

3 cups water

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

How to Make It

In a large pan, combine spaghetti, water, and minced garlic. Bring to a boil.

Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally until pasta is cooked and water is mostly absorbed.

Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Stir until creamy.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Top with fresh parsley if desired.

Serve

Serve it warm, right from the pan. It’s perfect for cozy nights in!
