This pasta dish is a weeknight lifesaver!

Ingredients

8 ounces spaghetti.

2 tablespoons olive oil.

4 cloves garlic, minced.

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes.

4 cups vegetable broth.

1 cup heavy cream.

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Fresh parsley for garnish.

How to Make It

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for about a minute.

Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente.

Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
