Ever had one of those days where you just want to curl up with something creamy and comforting? I sure did last week! After a long day at work, I was exhausted and craving something delicious. I thought I could whip up a fancy pasta dish, but I ended up burning my first attempt because I got distracted scrolling through my phone. So, I decided to simplify things and go for a one-pan recipe instead.

Ingredients

8 ounces of pasta (any kind you like)

3 cloves of garlic, minced

2 cups of vegetable broth

1 cup of heavy cream

1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

How to Make It

In a large pan, add the pasta, minced garlic, and vegetable broth.

Bring it to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer until the pasta is cooked, about 10 minutes.

Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Serve

Serve it right from the pan for a cozy, comforting dinner experience.
