Ingredients
8 ounces of pasta (any shape you like)
1 cup of fresh spinach
1 cup of ricotta cheese
1 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of olive oil
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, spinach, ricotta, feta, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle the mozzarella on top.
Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Serve
Enjoy it straight from the dish with a big spoon, or let it cool slightly and serve it up on plates.
