Jeden-Pan Cheesy Chicken i Broccoli Bake

You know those nights when you just want something comforting but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen? Yeah, I had one of those the other day. I was exhausted after a long day and craving something warm and cheesy. I thought I could whip up a quick chicken dish with whatever I had in the fridge. Well, I totally spaced and forgot to defrost the chicken! So, I ended up throwing everything in a pan with frozen chicken and hoped for the best.

To my surprise, it turned out amazing! The chicken cooked perfectly, and the broccoli added a nice crunch. The best part? The gooey cheese melted all over everything, making it the ultimate comfort food. No fancy techniques required, just one pan and a few ingredients. I couldn’t believe how easy it was, and it looked pretty great too. Definitely a win for my tired self!

Ingredients

1 pound frozen chicken breasts

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked rice

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make It

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large baking dish, combine the frozen chicken breasts, broccoli, cooked rice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
