After a long day, this cheesy pasta bake is the ultimate comfort food.
Ingredients
8 oz pasta (like penne or rotini)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt, to taste
Olive oil, for drizzling
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
How to Make It
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix the uncooked pasta, marinara sauce, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
Add the ricotta and half of the mozzarella cheese, and stir until combined.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
