Ever had one of those days where you just want comfort food, but you’re too tired to do anything fancy? Yeah, me too. I once tried to make a complex pasta dish that ended up way too dry and sad because I forgot to add the cream. Total disaster! But then I discovered this creamy garlic pasta bake that’s basically foolproof and super satisfying.
Ingredients
8 ounces of pasta (any shape you like).
2 cups of heavy cream.
1 cup of grated parmesan cheese.
1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded.
4 cloves of garlic, minced.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon of black pepper.
1 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs.
1 tablespoon of olive oil.
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, heavy cream, parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Serve
Dig in straight from the dish, and enjoy that creamy, cheesy goodness!
