Cheesy Spinach Tortellini Piec

Ever had one of those days where you just want to collapse on the couch and eat something warm and cheesy? Yeah, me too. I was totally spent after a long day, and I thought I could whip up a quick dinner with some tortellini I had in the freezer. Well, I forgot to check if I had enough cheese, and I ended up with a slightly sad-looking dish that needed a little extra love. But guess what? It turned out to be a cheesy, gooey success that I couldn’t stop eating!

Ingredients

1 package fresh or frozen tortellini.

2 cups fresh spinach.

1 cup marinara sauce.

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese.

½ teaspoon garlic powder.

Salt and pepper to taste.

How to Make It

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a baking dish, mix the tortellini, spinach, marinara sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Serve
