Ingredients

8 ounces pasta of your choice.

2 cups fresh spinach.

1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 ounces).

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.

1 teaspoon garlic powder.

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.

Salt and pepper to taste.

1 tablespoon olive oil.

How to Make It

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, spinach, diced tomatoes, half of the mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.

Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
