On a busy weeknight, this cheesy one-pan taco pasta will save the day.
Ingredients
8 ounces of pasta (your choice)
1 pound ground beef or turkey
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can diced tomatoes (with juice)
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add ground beef or turkey and cook until browned.
Stir in the taco seasoning, tomatoes, chicken broth, corn, and pasta.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover, cooking until pasta is tender.
