2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, broccoli, cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for a crispy finish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
