After a long week, all I wanted was something warm and cheesy but didn’t want to spend forever in the kitchen.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice.
2 cups broccoli florets.
1 cup shredded cheese.
1 cup milk.
1/2 cup diced onion.
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 cup breadcrumbs.
2 tablespoons melted butter.
How to Make It
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together rice, broccoli, cheese, milk, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Serve
Serve hot, straight from the dish, and enjoy the gooey cheesy goodness!
