Ingredients
1 cup uncooked rice
2 cups vegetable broth
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
How to Make It
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add rice and toast for a minute, stirring frequently.
Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
Stir in broccoli, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
