Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Season chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook chicken in the pan until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the pan, stirring until combined.
Return chicken to the pan, coating it with the creamy sauce.
Add spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, cooking until spinach wilts.
