Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cubed
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked rice (or quinoa)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large oven-safe pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the broccoli, rice, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
