Ingredients
1 cup uncooked rice.
2 cups broccoli florets.
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
1 cup milk.
1 can cream of mushroom soup.
1 teaspoon garlic powder.
1 teaspoon onion powder.
Salt and pepper to taste.
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional).
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix the uncooked rice, broccoli florets, cheddar cheese, milk, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
