Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, sliced
2 cups uncooked pasta (like penne or fettuccine)
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
How to Make It
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced chicken breasts and cook until browned.
Remove chicken and set aside.
Add garlic to the same skillet and sauté briefly.
Pour in chicken broth and cream, then bring to a simmer.
Add pasta and stir to coat.
Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente.
Return chicken to the skillet, add Parmesan cheese, and stir until melted.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot, straight from the skillet.
