Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 cups penne pasta
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
How to Make It
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add chicken strips, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
Add garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and pasta.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Serve
Spoon onto plates and enjoy immediately while hot and creamy.
