Ingredients
2 cups of uncooked rice
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 can of condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups of chicken broth
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large oven-safe pan, combine the rice, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture in the pan.
Cover the pan with a lid or foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
Remove the cover, sprinkle the cheese over the chicken and rice.
Bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
