Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to 10×12 inches.

Spread mustard, layer ham, and sprinkle cheese evenly.

Roll tightly into a log. Slice into ½ to ¾ inch pinwheels.

Place on baking sheet, brush with egg
